Team Chabuk-Gujarat Desk: The Gujarat High Court on Monday pulled up the state government over the situation of corona infection in the state and the problems being faced by the people. The High Court said that the reality is contrary to whatever claims the government is making.
A bench of Chief Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Bhargav Karia said that people are now forced to think that they are on the mercy of God. The bench is hearing the matter with automatic cognizance of the corona infection situation in the state. Advocate General Kamal Trivedi informed the bench of the steps taken by the state government to deal with Corona. To this, the bench said that reality is completely separate from government claims.

The bench said that there is no system of corona investigation in many Taluks and villages in the state. Even if RT-PCR investigation is being done, the report is not coming for five-five days.
People are losing their lives even after taking two doses of vaccine
The Chief Justice said that he had personal information that he was refusing to be admitted to the hospital. He also said that people are dying even after taking two doses of the vaccine. The bench said that staff in offices should be 50 per cent. The curfew is being waived in time and even the night curfew is not being implemented properly. The bench has said that management is done at the booth level during elections, in the same way what cannot be managed at the booth level in the situation of Corona.
Oxygen, no lack of beds, so why is people in lines?
On the government’s claim on the lack of Remdesivir injections, the Chief Justice said that when there are 27,000 injections available in the state, it should be ascertained how many of them have not been used. After all, why injections are not available in every Covid hospital. The bench asked the Advocate General that you are saying that there is no shortage of oxygen and beds in the state, so why are people standing in lines.
