This is the first time since World T20 2016 that Indian captain Virat Kohli has scored two consecutive fifties in a T20 series.

In T20 international cricket, Indian captain Kohli equaled New Zealand captain Ken Williamson in scoring 50 or more runs as captain. Both of them have done this feat 11-11 times.

Indian captain Virat Kohli became the first player in T20 international cricket to complete 400 runs against a right-handed leg-spinner. Second and third are Martin Guptill (371) and Glenn Maxwell (331).
