Team Chabuk-National Desk : After increase in the price of petrol, LPG, the cost of gas reaching the kitchen of the houses through CNG and pipes used in vehicles has also been increased. The price of CNG has increased by 70 paise per kg in the entire NCR including Delhi. At the same time, the price of PNG has increased by 91 paise. The new rate has come into effect from 6 am on Tuesday morning.
Indraprastha Gas Limited has increased the prices of CNG and PNG. In Delhi, the new price of CNG used in vehicles has been increased to Rs 43.40 per kg, while CNG will be available in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad at Rs 49.08 per kg.
Apart from this, Rs 60.50 per kg in Kanpur, Hamirpur, Fatehnagar. The price of CNG in Muzaffarnagar, Shamli has gone up to Rs 57.25 per kg. The price of CNG has increased to Rs 54.10 per kg in Rewari, while its price has increased to Rs 51.38 in Karnal and Kaithal.
To promote digital payments, CNG will be available at a discount of 50 paise in off peak hours. From 11 am to 4 pm and late night from 12 am to 6 am, cashless payment will be available at a rate of 50 paise per kg at a CNG pump.
Along with CNG, the price of PNG used in the kitchen has also been increased. In Delhi, the price of PNG will increase by 91 paise per square meter to Rs 28.41 per cubic meter instead of Rs 27.50, then Rs 28.36 per cubic meter in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad and Rs 28.46 per cubic meter in Rewari, Karnal. Similarly, the price of PNG in Muzaffarnagar, Shamli and Meerut has gone up to Rs 32.67.
