Bharat Pannu of the Indian Army has registered his name in the Guinness Book of World Records

Team Chabuk-Sports Desk: Lieutenant Colonel Bharat Pannu of the Indian Army has registered his name in the Guinness Book of World Records for the fastest two solo cycling events in October last year.

Two acts in the Guinness Book of World Records

Army officials said that on 10 October 2020, Pannu set the first record for his distance of 472 km between Leh to Manali in just 35 hours and 25 minutes.

After this, Pannu completed the journey in 14 days, 23 hours and 52 minutes on a 5,942 km long golden quadrilateral path connecting Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and made a second record.

The cycle journey started from India Gate in New Delhi on 16 October and ended at the same place on 30 October. Pannu recently received two certificates of Guinness World Record.
