Soon after the inauguration of the Aero India show, there will be an agreement for 83 additional LCA Tejas Mark-1A aircraft between the Air Force and HAL. During this time Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Air Force Chief will also be present. Recently, the agreement was approved by the CCS Committee headed by the Prime Minister.

In this 48 thousand crore agreement, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) will provide 83 additional advanced and more capacity LCA Tejas aircraft for the Air Force. These Tejas will be known as LCA Mark-One A. On Tuesday, the Defense Minister gave information about this agreement in Bangalore in Airto-India’s Curtain-Razor press conference.

On Tuesday itself, the Defense Minister inaugurated the Second Line of Production of LCA Aircraft in Bangalore. According to HAL CMD R Madhavan, with the construction of this second plant, HAL will be able to produce 16-18 aircraft every year. It is believed that in the next 36 months, HAL will hand over the first LCA-Mark Van Air Force. There are plans to hand over all 83 aircraft to the Air Force by the year 2028-29.

Defense Minister will inaugurate

Today, at 9:30 in the morning, the Defense Minister will inaugurate Asia’s largest aerospace and defense exhibition Aero India 2021. After this, there will be a flying-dispile at 10-15 in the morning, in which India’s indigenous aircraft and helicopters will participate. (This Flying Dispile will also be held at 3 pm). According to Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, through the Aero India show, India wants to become a net-exporter for weapons to its allies.

‘Atmanirbhar Flight Formation’

Special ‘Atmanirbhar Flight Formation’ will be seen in Asia’s largest aero-show ‘Aero India’ starting in Bangalore. In this aero-show to be held once in two years, India is going to showcase its indigenous weapons, fighter jets and missiles to the world, as well as large aerospace companies from all over the world, in collaboration with India, to launch their weapons in India. Reaching to produce.

According to the Ministry of Defense, for the 13th Aero India show, a total of 600 companies from India and abroad have registered to participate in the exhibition in Bangalore for three days. These include 78 foreign companies from 14 countries. Due to the covid-19 Protocol, this time the common people will not be allowed to come to the aero-show. all three days (3-5 February) will be business day. The Ministry of Defense has made special arrangements to see people virtual. Even this year, 203 companies will display their weapons and other military equipment. That is why it has been named the ‘High-Mode’ exhibition.

Indigenous Aircraft Aircraft Display

This time indigenous aircraft and helicopters from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) will clearly dominate the sky of Bangalore. According to HAL, LCA-Trainer (Lift-Trainer), HTT-40, IJT, Advance Hawk MK-132 and Civil Dornier (DO-228) will fly in a particular formation under the ‘Atmanirbhar Flight Formation’. Apart from this, indigenous Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) -Tejas, Light Combat Helicopter (LCH), Advance Light Helicopter-Dhruv, Light Utility Helicopter (LUH), HTT-40 Trainer Aircraft will fly during the Aero-Show this year. Apart from this, Sukhoi fighter aircraft being manufactured in India with the help of Russia will also be seen thundering in the sky.

According to HAL, Dornier, HTT (Hindustan Turbo Trainer) -40, LCH, Rudra Attack Helicopter, LUH and ALH-Mark 3 will be seen in Static-Dispile. Combat Air Teaming System (CATS) Simulator is also the highlight of this exhibition from HAL. Swarm-drone technology will also be shown from this simulator.
