Team Chabuk-National Desk : The video of a young man spitting on tandoori Rotis at a wedding ceremony in Meerut, which went viral on social media, was snatched on Saturday evening. The accused has been identified as Naushad, a Lakhipura resident of Lisadi Gate, who makes tandoori Rotis at marriage ceremonies.
As soon as this information was received, the activists of Hindu Jagran Manch reached the police station and demanded action against Naushad.
A video of a wedding ceremony two days ago went viral on social media. In the video, a person is seen making Rotis by spitting on the oven.
When Sachin Sirohi, the metropolitan president of Hindu Jagran Manch, found out, it was confirmed that the video was of a wedding pavilion located in the medical police station area.
He reached the medical station with the workers and demanded action. The police were constantly working on it. On Saturday evening, social worker Yashoda Advocate got information that the caterer with whom the accused works was coming to I block Shastrinnagar near PVS. Yashoda Advocate reached the spot and called the police. It was revealed that his name is not Sohail but Naushad.

Social worker Yashoda Advocate questioned the young man and beat him up in front of the police. They brought him to the PVS outpost beating him. From here, Chowki in-charge Shyam Singh took him to the police station. As soon as the information was received, Sachin Sirohi, the metropolitan president of Hindu Jagran Manch, also reached the medical station with the workers.
Naushad denies the allegations against him
During interrogation at the police station, Naushad confessed that the video was dated February 16. He went to cook in the Aroma Garden. But Naushad denied the allegations of spitting on Rotis.
He said that he has been doing this for 15-16 years. In the video he makes Rotis by placing it on the table and then baking it.
The accused has been arrested. A case is being registered and action is being taken. However, he is denying the allegations against him.
