Team Chabuk-National Desk: The ‘Himalayan Griffon Vulture’, a rare and unique bird of the world of birds, was recently spotted in the Sahyadri Tiger Reserve in Maharashtra. This huge bird is usually found in the Himalayan region. Forest guard and bird expert Rohan Bhate saw the Himalayan vulture flying among the mountain ranges and Santosh Chalke captured it on camera.
It is said about the Griffon vulture that it can be seen at altitudes from 1200 to 5000 meters. They travel thousands of kilometers spontaneously. The Himalayan vulture flies high in the sky looking for food.
