TMC objects to PM Narendra Modi’s photo on vaccine

Team Chabuk-National Desk : The Central Election Commission dismissed the allegation of violation of the code of conduct imposed on the central government by the Trinamool Congress (TMC). TMC MP Derek O’Brien made the allegation about the use of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s photo on the Corona vaccination certificate.

However, the Commission has ordered the Union Health Ministry to explore an alternative to the Prime Minister’s photograph on the certificate.

According to commission sources, the TMC MP had said in his complaint that the use of PM Narendra Modi’s photograph on the digital certificate of the corona vaccine was an abuse of official machinery during the West Bengal assembly elections.

The Commission had summoned a report in this regard from the Chief Election Officer of Bengal on Wednesday. The Chief Electoral Officer of Bengal said in his report that the vaccination campaign was the center’s plan.

Therefore, it is also the decision of the Central Government to put the photo of PM on the digital certificate. Sources say that after this, the Commission has directed the Ministry of Health to explore an alternative to this picture.
